AG Building Limited was established by Andy Bateson and Glyn Roberts in 2020, who have a combined 65 years of experience in the building industry.
Glyn brings over 25 years of hands-on expertise, specialising in brick and stonework as well as structural steelwork, enabling him to manage a wide array of building tasks with precision and skill.
Andy, with over 40 years in business management and the building trade, oversees the company’s finance, logistics, customer care, and quality control. His extensive experience ensures that every project progresses smoothly and that AG Building consistently meets its high standards.
Together, Andy and Glyn have built AG Building on values of quality, reliability, and attention to detail, guaranteeing that every client receives the best possible service.
PRICING & PROCESS
We believe in transparency and straightforward communication. To secure a start date, we charge a refundable booking fee, credited towards your first invoice. With trade accounts in place, we don’t request upfront payments; instead, we provide weekly invoices for completed work covering labour and materials.
Please note, all prices are plus VAT at the current rate of 20%.
